Who can join
Everyone who orders as a private customer on thefightcompany.nl automatically joins. Registration is not required. Business and wholesale orders do not participate. The programme is offered by TFC Trading Group B.V., Kaskinenweg 7, 9723 JL Groningen.
Earning points
You earn 5 points per euro (Silver 6, Gold 7, Platinum 10) on the amount you pay for products, after discount. Shipping costs, gift vouchers and sale products with more than 30% discount do not earn points. Points are credited 30 days after dispatch. If you return a product, the points for that product are forfeited.
Tiers
Your tier depends on what you've ordered in the past 12 months: Bronze (5%), Silver from €500 (6%), Gold from €750 (7%) and Platinum from €1,000 (10%). Spending counts as soon as points for that order are credited; your tier is recalculated daily.
Bonus points
When a friend orders for the first time via your link, you receive 250 points. For a product review you get 100 points, with photo 200, once per product. In your birthday month you receive 250 points once per year; you can enter your birthday once. Every year you are a customer and have ordered in the past year, you receive 250 points. For promotions with double or triple points, the period and selection stated in the promotion apply.
Refer a friend
Your friend gets €5 off their first order from €50. This only applies to new customers. Inviting yourself or use via fake accounts is not permitted.
Redeeming points
From 500 points (€5) you can create a discount code. 100 points are worth €1. The code is single-use, only works with your email address and is valid for 12 months. You cannot combine it with another discount code. Points cannot be redeemed for money and are not transferable.
Validity
Your points remain valid as long as you order again within 12 months. If you don't order for 12 months, they expire. You will receive an email reminder in advance if you receive our emails.
Abuse and changes
In case of abuse or fraud, we may revoke points and codes. We may modify or end this programme or these terms; we will announce changes in advance on this page. Any points you have already earned can still be redeemed for at least 3 months.
