SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you have questions about the delivery of your order? First, check the delivery time of your product. Below you'll find an overview of the different products and delivery times.
In stock
Orders that are in stock and placed before 23:59 will be delivered within one to two working days via PostNL or GLS. You'll receive a track & trace code the same day so you can follow your parcel.
Not in stock?
In addition to our stock that is immediately available, we also have external stock. The delivery time is indicated with each product in the availability. If you place an order with multiple products where one or more products have a longer delivery time, this delivery time applies to your entire order.
If you'd like to receive the product or products with a shorter delivery time sooner via a partial shipment* or if you have any other questions? Please contact our customer service.
*: partial shipment is possible for an additional fee of €6.95 (NL) or €7.95 (BE)
Punching bags & puzzle mats
Punching bags, puzzle mats and packages with non-standard dimensions or weight are shipped via an external courier service. This courier service works like DHL with a tracking code so you can follow your order. The delivery time for these is 1 to 2 working days.
For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, different delivery times apply. Via the track & trace code you'll find current information regarding the delivery time of your parcel.
SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: all orders from €100.00 and under 23 kilos are shipped free of charge. For orders under €100.00, we charge €6.95 shipping in the Netherlands and €7.95 in Belgium and Germany. For orders over 23 kilos or non-standard formats (punching bags & puzzle mats) we charge €29.95 shipping in the Netherlands and €49.95 in Belgium and Germany. These orders are delivered by an external supplier by appointment.
You can pick up an order at any time completely free of charge from our warehouse, regardless of size or weight.
RETURNS
Orders can be returned up to 30 days after purchase in the original packaging. Groin guards and mouthguards cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if they have been fitted or worn. The cost of a return shipment is €6.95 in the Netherlands and €7.95 in Belgium. Your purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 working days.
Upon arrival at our warehouse, we check all return shipments. If we conclude that a product has been used/damaged/washed, has no labels attached and has no packaging, we may decide not to accept the return shipment. In this case, we will contact you at all times. We will send the return shipment back at the customer's cost, given the customer's risk of a damaged return shipment.
